Trained at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Richard completed a successful career as a Major in the British Army. He became well known for leading and coaching high performance teams.

He went on to become a Senior Manager with Canon UK Ltd, with experience of building and motivating successful direct and indirect sales teams within a highly competitive market.

Richard then spent 9 years with Insights Learning & Development Ltd, helping shape the organisation and developing the Insights Discovery ® system as senior manager and international consultant.

In December 2003, with business partner Marcus, Richard formed MR Dynamics Ltd. They have successfully worked with a growing number of UK business and large multinational organisations, developing great team work and more effective leadership.

From his post-graduate studies in adult learning Richard is acutely aware that any training and development must be personal and relevant. Understanding the dynamic of our unique perceived relationship with ourselves and our world is the key to happiness and success.

Richard is an engaging, entertaining and highly effect speaker. "The subjects of Leadership, Sales Development, Team Building or Stress are too serious to be taken too seriously", says Richard. "It's essential we think about our style and our actions, are able to laugh at ourselves, and then do things differently!"
